Personal Development for Professional Success

Description: This course asks the question: Who do you want to be when you grow up? Participants engage in deeply reflective activities utilizing art, film, journaling, interview, and systems thinking, to learn more about their personal values and how they want their professional lives to enforce and promote those values.

Tuition: Past courses have been $200 to $400 per participant (minimum 5 participants).

Description: Being a kid is hard, and then you add things like divorce, bullying, anxiety and depression and it only gets harder. This workshop utilizes best practices in group and dramatic therapies in which participants call on movement, storytelling, and art to examine the self and learn skills for managing the complexities of life.

Typical Formatting: Workshop (2 hours, 5 hours, or 10 hours (over two days)).

Cultivating Hope

Description: This a small group parenting course based on the text, 'How to talk so teens will listen, and how to listen so teens will talk' (Faber and Mazlish, 2006). Utilizing the text and systems thinking, the group learns and practices skills in creative parenting that engages child and teens and encourages their agency while maintaining appropriate boundaries.

Typical Formatting: Workshop (2 Days, 10 total hours), Course (Two meetings a week, Five weeks, 10 Hours Total)
